Court Restructuring

We assist our clients in preparing for restructuring, starting with the selection of the type of proceedings, preparation of the application, restructuring plan and proposals for arrangement. We offer support in all areas and at every stage of the judicial restructuring process, representing clients and responding to changing conditions up to the approval of the arrangement and its implementation.

Our services specifically include:
  • Development and implementation of a strategy aimed at protecting the economic and legal interests of clients (creditors and debtors) in restructuring proceedings 
  • Preparation of motions to open proceedings (for creditors and debtors) 
  • Risk analysis related to ineffectiveness of legal actions and collaterals in relation to the mass in liquidation
  • Vindication of claims from debtors being in the process of judicial restructuring (non-execution vindication, sale of the debtor's property by the administrator or in the pre-pack mode
  • Representation of clients in the course of proceedings, including to establish a council of creditors or to change its composition
  • Representation of clients at creditors' council and creditors' meeting
  • Advising members of clients' boards of directors,
  • Advising restructuring consultants acting as supervisors of arrangements, court supervisors or administrators in restructuring proceedings and representation of them
